Withdrawal & refunds
Applies to the paid Founding Pass. All other features are free.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Early expiry of the right
The Founding Pass is digital content that is unlocked immediately after payment. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the content is fully delivered.
Our goodwill rule
Regardless: if you write within 14 days of purchase because the pass did not work technically or you bought it by mistake, we refund the full amount. Just email hello@jointhewait.app with your player number.
Effects of a refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 14 days, without fees. Founder status, founder badge and the gold player card are revoked; your free player number remains.
